Requirements

JRE 1.6 Probably JRE 1.5 is ok too, but I have not tested with it.
Maven 2 Required to build library.
Built against Scala 2.8.0.Beta1 Branch 0.3 used Scala 2.7.
Servlet 2.5 After Servlet API 3.0 is out, I'll start new branch.
